Middle Realm of Influence

The places I grew to love.

  • 1641 Beaconshire Road- The house where I grew up.

  • Echo Lake - My paternal grandparents' summer home in New York where I had fun as a child and consistently awaited visiting.

  • Eagle Lake - My maternal grandparents' home in Florida where I spent Christmas, Easter, summer, and countless other holidays.

  • The Dalrymple Farm- A farm we often visited in Ohio which has been in my family since the early days of America when families immigrated here on ships.

  •  Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church- This church has served as a  place of comfort to me since my baptism to present. The architect was a student of Frank Lloyd Wright and the building is constructed of limestone fossils of shells.

  • 1622 Westshore Drive- We moved to this house in the middle of my eighth grade years. At first I detested the house and attributed all my problems to it, but eventually I discovered that it would not change but that I must.

  • Taylor High School- Since THS was the first new school I ever attended, I went in the first day knowing no one. My four years here greatly influenced me and made me realize the importance of friends, change, and hard work.

These are the places that I learned to allow to influence me.
